Wanna Be a HOG Officer?

Attention Lone Wolf H.O.G. Members!
Do you want to be more involved with your Lone Wolf HOG Chapter?
Do you want to make new friends and meet new members?
Now is the time to volunteer!
We need YOU!
Some of your current officers will be completing their tenure as board members at the end of the year, and we need your assistance.
Outgoing officers would like the opportunity to work with interested members soon so that the transition at the beginning of 2017 will be smooth.
As an officer you will be asked to attend the monthly H.O.G. meetings (first Wednesday of each month) and attend a monthly officer's meeting at Lone Wolf (third Tuesday at 6 PM). Officers use the meeting time to report, evaluate, plan, and execute our chapter activities; there is always some fun and sometimes some food mixed in there! Your input will be needed and valued.
Listed below are the current opening positions along with a short description of what the position entails. Please feel free to contact the current officers directly; their respective email addresses are listed within the description.

Feel free to contact Ron, the current Lone Wolf H.O.G. Director, as well with any questions or comments; we would love to see YOU alongside us as we ride and have fun!

Ladies of Harley
The Lone Wolf HOG Ladies of Harley Officer helps promote ladies participation in the world of Harley-Davidson! As leader of this group you will help organize and participate in rides, social, travel and charitable events. You are also responsible for planning a monthly meeting (currently the 4th Thursday at 6 PM), promoting LOH activities at regular monthly HOG meetings, and attending monthly officer meetings.
Our LOH women volunteer to help serve chapter meals, raise awareness for charities with ride events like the Annual Diaper Dash, and you are an integral part of making all that happen. LOH activities result in everlasting friendships where laughter is heard and memories are made. You can be the catalyst for this group!

Ambassador
As the chapter ambassador, you will be the face of the chapter. At the monthly meeting you will be greeting all members and introducing new members to other officers and potentially to the chapter as a whole. The chapter ambassador interfaces with the dealership concerning new members and either sends a welcome e-mail and/or phones the new members to welcome them to the chapter and invite them to the next chapter meeting.
The ambassador currently attends the Motorcycle Coalition meeting quarterly and informs other clubs of our rides/events and brings back to the chapter information on other clubs rides/events, thereby helping to ensure a minimum amount of conflict between club functions. The ambassador also assists during the chapter meeting as necessary.

Merchandise
The merchandise officer’s main duty would be to order, inventory, and sell merchandise to our HOG members, which includes patches and rockers for members’ vests and jackets. At present, we also have challenge coins, bike flags, and caps for sale. This position requires you to regularly attend monthly HOG meetings to sell merchandise.
This is a fun position that allows you to meet members and assist them with all their HOG merchandise needs.
