It’s time to sign up for Group Membership of the Life Flight Network. Their services include medical emergency air transportation in certain areas of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This occasion will be the only time this year that we will be enrolling in the annual Group Memberships at the discount rate of $59 per year per household.
Please fill out the enclosed enrollment form and include it with your payment of $59.00 in CASH or CHECK made out to LONE WOLF HOG #2460, prior to June 8, 2020. Eligible household members must be listed on the primary member’s enrollment form and may include spouse or domestic partner, dependents claimed on their taxes, as well as elderly and disabled family members.
Lone Wolf HOG #2460 and Lone Wolf Harley-Davidson are not corporately associated with Life Flight Network.
