It’s time to sign up for our annual LW HOG Group Membership of Life Flight Network.
Life Flight Network offers medical emergency air transportation in certain areas of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.  This offer of group enrollment is only being made to 2025 paid members of LW HOG.  Your application will be returned to you if the 2025 Lone Wolf HOG membership roster does not indicate that you have already paid the annual $25 membership dues. At least one of the names listed on your application must be a current paid member of Lone Wolf HOG #2460. This occasion will be the only time this year that we will be enrolling in the annual Group Membership at the discounted rate of $75 per year per household.  Contact Life Flight Network at (800) 982-9299 or lifeflight.org for any specific questions regarding their services.
